Where it started
Bee Noir Café is a custom order business, made by hand in small batches — not a storefront, not a place to visit. Every order starts with a request and ends with something made just for you.
The name carries two ideas we didn't want to separate. Bee is the warmth of home — family, sweetness, showing up for the people who matter. Noir is the quieter half — moody light, dark wood, the elegance of a room that doesn't need to be loud.
Why everything is made by hand
Nothing here is mass-produced. Every cookie is decorated one at a time, every batch mixed in small quantities, every box tied by hand — because that's the only way we know how to make something feel considered rather than convenient.
Quality isn't a marketing line for us; it's the whole point. We'd rather make fewer desserts and get them right than scale into something that stops feeling personal.
How we work today
Bee Noir creates handcrafted custom desserts for birthdays, weddings, baby showers, holidays, and the everyday moments worth celebrating. Every order is made in small batches with thoughtful design, quality ingredients, and attention to detail.
